Our community features gated and assigned parking and a large private storage cabinet for each space.  We also have an on-site laundry room and a sparkling pool.  Our community is beautifully landscaped with large shade trees that keep your apartment cool and shady. Located on a quiet residential street, the Palm Apartments are located just minutes from the 210 and 10 freeways, the Ontario Airport, Ontario Mills, Montclair Plaza,walking distance from Downtown Upland, schools, metrolink station and bus stops.  We accept dogs and cats that are 25 lbs or less.
